The Pro Football Hall of Fame offers 83,000 square feet of artifacts, memorabilia and multi-media exhibits that are sure to thrill football fans of any NFL team.

Gridiron fans who journey to Canton, Ohio, to submerse themselves in "America's game" will not be disappointed with their visit to the Pro Football Hall of Fame. Replete with history, memorabilia and multi-media experiences, football's top museum will score big with enthusiasts and fanatics of any National Football League team.

Museum Features Seven Galleries Filled with Artifacts and Data on the Game's Greatest Contributors

One of the Hall's most interesting exhibits – A Century of Pro Football – greets guests soon after they enter the 83,000-sq.-ft. (7,711-sq.-m.) facility. From football's earliest days in Pennsylvania and Ohio at the turn of the 20th century through the renowned "Class of '83" quarterbacks, fans will discover how the game evolved from "blue collar to million dollar" in less than 100 years.

From there, visitors can explore Teams of the NFL and Hall of Fame Gallery, which provide an overview of current professional teams and the league's honored inductees, such as famed players, coaches, owners and administrators. Additional displays – including Moments, Memories and Mementos, Other Leagues, Pro Football Today and the Lamar Hunt Super Bowl and Theater Gallery – contain hundreds of artifacts that many fans have only dreamed of seeing up close.

Fans can Take in Memorabilia, Multi-Media Clips and Now the Newest Vince Lombardi Trophy

Highlights of the Pro Football Hall of Fame include:

  • A look at historical memorabilia as well as early uniforms and "protective" gear, similar to what's depicted in the 2008 romantic comedy Leatherheads, starring George Clooney and Renée Zellweger. (Producers of the movie donated shoes and one of Zellweger's costumes to the museum's archives.)
  • Personal items belonging to the legendary Jim Thorpe, known for popularizing football during early 1900s. A life-size statue of Thorpe is displayed at the museum's entrance.
  • A plethora of jerseys, helmets, shoes and gear worn by the sport's top athletes.
  • Multi-media clips of the game's best players recounting their greatest football memories.
  • The Vince Lombardi Trophy. Beginning in 2009, the Hall will showcase the newest edition of the trophy throughout the NFL’s regular season and playoffs, leading up to the annual Super Bowl victory presentation.
  • An opportunity to see every opulent Super Bowl ring up close and watch NFL footage of the most recent Super Bowl during a state-of-the-art theater experience.

As guests complete their Hall of Fame experience, they can also explore several interactive exhibits (including a passing accuracy test, teletrivia and Madden NFL for Xbox 360®), the Tailgate Snack Bar and a museum store, which contains licensed logo items from every NFL team.
